DKMICROBIOS LLC was founded in 2022 by Dr. David W. Koenig to provide consulting microbiology and skin biology services for R&D, technology discovery, product development, R&D strategy and portfolio assessment, IP landscaping, technical writing, and EPA submissions.
Dr. Koenig has over 35 years of experience in the Life Sciences (Microbiology and Skin Biology) with government labs (NASA), private industry R&D, and academia. Working for NASA, Betz PaperChem, Kimberly Clark Global, and Kimberly Clark Professional have all contributed to a broad and deep expertise. He has demonstrated expertise in microbiology, skin biology, microbiome, infection control, and pre-saturated wipe formulation/converting. Implemented strategies, tactics, and direct communications with regulatory bodies necessary to advance commercial innovation globally. Adept in writing manuscripts, technical sales material, and development/teaching of workshops.
